The agreement between you and Clipaxy. Written to be read: what you are buying, what you may and may not generate, who owns the result, and the limits of what we can promise.

Clipaxy is operated by Digital Farhan, a sole proprietorship run by Farhan Khan from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that business. You can reach us at support@clipaxy.com or through our contact page.
Clipaxy sells access to AI video generation. You write a description, choose a model, and we run it and hand you the finished file. You are charged per video from a balance you top up in advance. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
We are an independent service. The models we run are made by other companies, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them. Using this site means you accept these terms.
You need an email address you control, and you must be 18 or over. One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself - anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has got into your account.
Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to use Clipaxy to create anything that:
The underlying models refuse many of these on their own, and a refusal is a completed check rather than a fault. Where we find this clause being broken deliberately we will close the account, and we will report material involving children to the authorities.
The videos you generate are yours. We claim no ownership of your prompts or your output, and we do not use your videos to promote Clipaxy without asking you first.
Two honest limits on that. AI output may not be copyrightable in every country, which is a matter of law rather than something we can grant you. And similar prompts can produce similar results for other people, so we cannot promise your video is unique.
You are responsible for what you make and what you do with it.
AI video generation is unpredictable. We do not promise that any video will match what you pictured, be of a particular standard, or succeed at all. That is exactly why a failed video is refunded in full and why the price here is a fraction of what this normally costs.
We do not promise the site will always be available. We depend on other companies for hosting and generation, and any of them can have an outage. Videos are deleted after seven days - keeping a copy of anything you care about is your responsibility.
If something goes wrong and it is our fault, what we owe you is capped at the amount you have paid us in the three months before it happened. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.
You can stop using Clipaxy whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. If you have unspent balance, our Refund Policy explains how to get it back.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks clause 4, attempts to defraud us, or abuses the service in a way that degrades it for others. Where we close an account for anything other than serious misuse, we return the unspent balance.
If something has gone wrong, write to support@clipaxy.com and put “Complaint” in the subject. Complaints are handled by Farhan Khan personally - there is nobody else here to pass them to.
We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days. If we cannot, we will tell you why and what happens next rather than letting it go quiet.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will email account holders about anything significant rather than expecting people to check.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before it ever gets that far, please just write to us - nearly everything is solvable by email.
